Limited Time Promotion Terms

Spring Sale

1. Promotions will begin at 12:01am (EST) on April 1, 2024 (the “Start Date”) and close at 11:59pm (PST) on April 30th, 2024 the “End Date”). Discounts will only be valid during this time. 
2. The promotion or incentive offered cannot be combined with other promotions, programs, offers or incentives, or be applied retrospectively.
3. The Spring Sale deals are only valid on Creative Solutions Websites (smallhd.com, teradek.com, woodencamera.com)
4. Sale prices are as shown on the qualifying products, while supplies last. 
5. All Sale items reduced prior to Spring Sale promotions will not receive any further discounting.
6. Items excluded for the Spring Sale include all Sale Items, 3rd party accessories, and B-Stock Products.
7. End user pricing only.
8. All sales are final and items are non–returnable unless under a warranty claim.
9. Creative Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Spring Sale at its sole discretion.
